At THREADZU, we're committed to your satisfaction. Please review our return policy carefully to understand your options.
Return Window
You may request a return within 5 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or misprinted items only.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for:
- Damaged products – Items damaged during shipping
- Defective items – Manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Misprinted designs – Incorrect prints or design errors
- Wrong items shipped – You received a different product than ordered
Return Requirements
To process your return, you must provide:
- Unboxing video (highly recommended for faster processing)
- Clear photos of the damaged/defective product
- Photos of the original packaging
- Photos of the courier packaging (if damaged)
Note: Without proper documentation, we may not be able to verify the issue and process your return.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered by customer
- Change of mind or preference
- Items damaged by customer (cuts, tears, stains)
- Products without defects or damage
- Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)
Size-Related Issues
Please note:
- A measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches (±1.27 cm) is standard for apparel and not eligible for returns
- If you ordered the wrong size, exchanges are not available. Please refer to our size chart before ordering
- For suspected size discrepancies beyond tolerance, contact us with measurements and photos
Color Variations
We use premium digital printing with certified inks. Minor color variations between your screen and the printed product are normal and not considered defects. We recommend reviewing product mockups carefully before ordering.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Lost or Delayed Orders
Lost in Transit: If your order is confirmed lost by the courier, we'll issue a full refund.
Delayed Delivery: If your order isn't delivered within 15 days (Air) or 20 days (Surface), contact us for a replacement or refund.
Delivery Issues
If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:
- Note the damage in the courier's delivery remarks before accepting
- Take photos of the damaged packaging
- Contact us immediately at shankarr4888@gmail.com
- If severely damaged, you may refuse the delivery
Unserviceable Locations
If your delivery location becomes unserviceable after order placement, we cannot be held responsible for return-to-origin charges or refunds.
How to Request a Return

- Include your order number and issue description
- Attach all required photos and videos
- Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is ours
- Custom return addresses are not available due to courier limitations
- Always unbox packages carefully to avoid accidental damage
- Keep all packaging materials until you've inspected your order
